Efficient AI: Scaling Kubeflow on Arm64
Kubeflow is one of the CNCF’s largest projects. The core identity of the project is to provide a composable, portable, and scalable machine learning (ML) platform built natively on Kubernetes. In our first Ampere Developer Impact Live, we are pleased to welcome Chase Christensen, long time community member and recently elected Kubeflow steering committee member, alongside our colleague Jeffery Tu, who has been working upstream to improve the project’s support of the Arm64 architecture.

Dave Neary will be in conversation with Chase and Jeffery about the gap that Kubeflow fills, the role it is playing in the AI ecosystem, and why having Arm64 be a first-class citizen is important to Kubeflow. We will follow up the conversation with a demo of the project, running on Ampere Arm64 servers and any questions from the audience.
