To build EDK2 as a capsule you need both TF-A and SCP files (even if SCP is not used).
SCP 20230517 can be taken from Gigabyte MP32-AR0 F33j firmware archive.
Edit:
The problem is: how to update SMPro firmware?
I went through Supermicro, Gigabyte and ASRockRack websites, fetched their firmware updates and digged.
Gigabyte has EFI app for flashing.
Supermicro mentions using OpenBMC for it but does not have a tarball with SMPro to check how it should look like.
So I looked into OpenBMC image. /sbin/firmware_update.sh, /sbin/ampere_firmware_upgrade.sh and /sbin/ampere_flash_bios.sh scripts handle all the work.
And if someone would like to know available version of firmware components:
| Date | TF-A | SCP |
|---|---|---|
| 2022.05.31 | ||
| 2023.05.17 (ASRockRack default) | ||
| 2024.02.01 | ||
| 2025.05.06 | ||
| 2025.12.16 |
There were some other ones but I did not found them for download.
UPDATE:
In the meantime AsrockRack provided firmware version 4.01 with SCP/TF-A 20260210 version:
