ALTRAD8UD-1L2T - Bios Settings never save through power loss

I am on 3.06.00, but it’s happened on other versions.
I can set settings in the BIOS, like PCI-E bifurcation. The settings apply. If I ever power off and unplug the server, the settings are lost. I’ve tried a new battery, though I never tested the voltage on it.

It hasn’t been the end of the world as the system stays up, but has anyone run into this?
I’ve had the system for quite some time, no other issues.

Welp, I probably answered my own question. The battery holder itself must be bad.

I do have the same issue, battery voltage is 0V even with a tested good battery.
I haven’t gone as far as trying to test the battery holder or request support.
