Technical lead Jeffrey Tu explains how Ampere-based runners on OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) power automated multi-architecture CI/CD so every commit is validated for arm64. This work is already driving ecosystem-wide progress, including multi-arch manifest enablement across ~85 container images (including Kubeflow Pipelines).
