Running Cassandra with higher throughput, using less energy

Ampere has done a number of bench marks on the performance of various open source/ cloud native projects, including Apache Cassandra. The throughput is 33% higher and up to 47% less power consumed, plus it scales better with up to 25% fewer processors required to deliver 1 Billion Queries/s. Not bad.
