System76 released the Wayland based Cosmic desktop OS with support for Arm64 and Nvidia cards built in.

As of time of writing this comment, this appears to have the same issue that Ubuntu 24.04.3 Desktop has on AmpereOne, preventing the installer page from loading. So this is Ampere Altra only, sadly.
