I wonder whether we can get firmware updates without a Customer Connect account (academic donation machines).
I couldn’t find firmwares under Mt Collins or Ampere Altra family Software - Firmware

As I know, it need Ampere customer connect account to download ampere firmware, you can try to apply one, it should work.
